WHAT TIME DOES DELIVERY OCCUR?
Our delivery window for lunchboxes is between 10:30am – 1:00pm. We deliver daily-made fresh lunches Monday through to Friday. Catering delivery is by arrangement to suit your schedule.

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
We will cater to your specific dietary requirements as best we can. Please outline your requirements in the comments section of the order page and we’ll get back to you with any necessary alternatives.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
You are required to place your order online before 6pm the day prior to your expected delivery. For example, if you are ordering lunch or dinner for a Tuesday delivery your order must be submitted by 6pm the Monday evening prior.
IS DELIVERY FREE?
Yes delivery is free!
HOW CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
We will endeavour to reach you directly or we will deliver your workplace’s front desk. If you work in a secure building please provide delivery instructions in the section provided. Our drivers are more than happy to call upon arrival to arrange a swift exchange.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER?
We always want to make your experience more and more pleasurable, if something is not up to scratch please let us know.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
In the event that you need to cancel your lunch order please advise us by 6pm the day before your scheduled delivery. Due to the freshness of our lunches we cannot offer refunds for cancellations on the day.
