Clients engaging in one-on-one personal training commence with an initial consultation to:

  • Discuss monthly, 1-year and 5-year goals
  • Benchmark health indicators
  • Gage functional fitness and strength for Transform Matrix Training System
  • Screen for asymmetries and weaknesses in movement patterns
  • Set routine strategies
  • Set nutrition and exercise “Week of Excellence” plan

Program Development

Your first 8-week program is developed according to your health assessment, benchmarked key health indicators, movement screen and functional strength and fitness screening session.

We assess your progress after each 8 week program, so you can see your measurable health, fitness and weight loss results.

We encourage clients to take initial, 8-week, 16-week, and 32-week photos of their progress.
