Start Me Up – Initial 4-weeks

Everything you need to get started. An initial consultation, movement screen and nutrition session followed by 2 or 3 sessions a week for 4-weeks. In September we will be able to add daily food as an add on.

Private Coaching

A monthly check-in and strategy session for 90 minutes. Review your diet, training, movement patterns and adjust your course. This is for those that want to cultivate health through incremental lifestyle adjustments and are happy training by themselves or with another PT.
