I HAVENT EXERCISED FOR A WHILE, DOES THIS MATTER?

No, setting the right technique from the get go is easier when we start with a blank slate. We also work with pre-existing injuries, asymmetries and muscle imbalances.

WHAT WILL THE PT SESSION BE LIKE?

Fun, tough and wonderful. You’ll love it.

WHAT IF IT IS RAINING, DO WE STILL TRAIN?

Ha! Yes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE TRAINING SESSION?

Health diary for the first month, water bottle, towel, can do attitude.

DO YOU HAVE CHILD MINDING SERVICES?

We love kids, and this is your time, so bring them if need be but it’s always better if you can focus 100%

CAN I BRING A FRIEND WITH ME?

Bring a friend and you both receive 20% off for a month if they continue to train!

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN TRAINER?

Pending availability absolutely, however we do pay attention to personality types and will match as appropriate.

HOW SOON WILL I START SEEING RESULTS?

Hard work gets recognised. Food is the most important thing. If you can fill the health journal out and hit you weekly KPI’s then you will be getting compliments within a couple weeks.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY SESSION, OR CANCEL?

Just let them know before 6pm the evening before.
